Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire home, including all 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, game room, and laundry. Enjoy the large screened-in porch, outdoor dining areas, and firepit space. You’ll also have private access to the waterfront, including the dock, boat slip, and all included water amenities such as kayaks and the floating lily pad. The property sits on a quiet, low-traffic section of the lake, offering a peaceful and private experience. Parking is available on-site with plenty of room for multiple vehicles. Please note: The boat and jet ski lifts are available upon request! Other things to note Use of the kayaks, paddleboards, and other water toys are at guests' own risk and liability. We have a Pontoon boat available for rent. Make sure to let us know at time of booking if this is something you're interested in! Quiet time is between 10pm and 8 am. Please do not play outside music and keep noise to a minimum in order to respect our neighbors. Are there smoking restrictions? No Smoking / No Fireworks- Evidence of smoking or fireworks will result immediate eviction. Are parties allowed? Exceeding maximum capacity or large parties will result in immediate eviction. Are linens provided? The Linen Fee is mandatory and will be included in the reservation total. Are early check-ins or late check-outs available? Yes if available for $100. What is the cancellation policy? Reservations cancelled up to 30 days before arrival will receive 100% refund. Reservations cancelled between 14-29 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund.
