We have a Pontoon boat available for rent. Make sure to let us know at time of booking if this is something you're interested in! Quiet time is between 10pm and 8 am. Please do not play outside music and keep noise to a minimum in order to respect our neighbors. Are there smoking restrictions? No Smoking / No Fireworks- Evidence of smoking or fireworks will result immediate eviction. Are parties allowed? Exceeding maximum capacity or large parties will result in immediate eviction. Are linens provided? The Linen Fee is mandatory and will be included in the reservation total. Are early check-ins or late check-outs available? Yes if available for $100. What is the cancellation policy? Reservations cancelled up to 30 days before arrival will receive 100% refund. Reservations cancelled between 14-29 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund.
