These condominiums are located in a quiet residential neighborhood and fully equipped with washer and dryer, gas stove and oven, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, all kitchenware, and linens. This is an ideal location for visitors to UNC or Chapel Hill looking for short or extended stay housing, or for those considering relocation to the Chapel Hill area. All units have central air conditioning and heat. Included are all utilities, satellite TV, wifi, and free off-street parking. This is a special place you can definitely call your "home away from home". Chapel Hill InnTown is located next to an extensive network of town-maintained nature and hiking trails. A nice city park and playground are nearby. Although we are pet-friendly, please supply complete information about your pet(s), such as the number and type of pets, breed, age, size, etc. We have more than one unit at the same location. Floor plans are exactly the same for each unit. All units have a queen bed and two twin beds. Some units may also have a bunk bed or a sofa bed. Please inquire if you need more than just the queen bed and the two twin beds. I am usually available 24/7 by phone or email, and I live 4 miles away. It's very quiet, and has easy access to free public transportation, as well as shopping, grocery stores, etc. We have a bus stop right in front, and all busses in Chapel Hill are free! THIS IS A VACATION RENTAL AGREEMENT UNDER THE NORTH CAROLINA VACATION RENTAL ACT. YOUR PAYMENT OF MONEY OR TAKING POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY AFTER RECEIPT OF THE AGREEMENT, IS EVIDENCE OF YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGREEMENT AND YOUR INTENT TO USE THIS PROPERTY FOR A VACATION RENTAL.
