Near by is the historic railroad town of Skykomish and countless hiking trails for all skill levels, it's an ideal destination for both relaxation and adventure. The space The A-frame is a cozy, loft style home featuring two queen size memory foam beds. The main bedroom is located on the main floor. Venture to the loft to find the second bedroom featuring a small couch and Juliet balcony, its a perfect area to relax and soak up the views. Kitchen is stocked for cooking, bathroom with standup shower. Washer/dryer and area to hang your snow gear. Located just 20 minutes from Stevens Pass, and surround by local trails and hikes including the Iron Goat Trail. Stay and enjoy all the summer and winter activities, all with in a short drive from cabin. Cabin is located in the Timberlane Village community which offers two private river access areas. Cabin is located at the trailhead to the river which is just a short walk away. Venture a little further to find the first private river beach access. Wood burning stove offers extra warmth and ambiance when cold outside. Enjoy the private covered hot tub area after a hike or a day in the snow. Enjoy nature while taking a nice hot outdoor shower. If you want to stay in, grab a controller and play some classic Nintendo games. Steller's Jay is the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and enjoy the outdoors. The town of Skykomish is just a stones throw away with train rides, coffee and great eats. Guest access The home sits behind a red two door garage. Guest parking is on the gravel driveway in front of the garage. Other things to note Steps leading to loft above are a little narrow and steeper than normal stairs. Younger children would need to be careful or stay on main level. Cabin is stocked with some classic DVDs, Nintendo and super nintendo. Bluetooth speaker. Stocked with firewood. Outdoor shower is closed during winter months and patio furniture put away at that time. BBQ is available year round. There is no trash service in Skykomish, there are three options, take with you, leave it and pay a small fee (33.00), or take it to local trash box (fee of 33.00, its 1 minute from cabin)
