This apartment is ideally located in the heart of Eixample, in Rambla de Catalunya with its shops and restaurants. The space The apartment was recently refurnished and equipped. With lots of sunlight, this one-bedroom apartment is perfect for digital nomads and expats who want to live in a prestigious location of Barcelona city center. It also has high speed internet. It is perfect for couples but there can feel comfortable up to 4 people. There is one bedroom with a Queen size bed, also a sleeper sofa in the living room. Other things to note The apartment is located in a historical building where local people live. Parties and loud noises aren’t allowed. Neither is smoking allowed. Any of the house rules breach will be resulted in an expulsion. Please also note that a starter pack of toiletries and paper goods is included with every clean, but may not be enough for the duration of your stay. Additional items are available for purchase at a nearby store (just a few minutes from the house). For 32+ night stays, a bi-weekly clean will be added to the cost of your stay. The cost is 120€ every 2 weeks and includes a full cleaning and a fresh change of linens. Check-in time is at 3 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. Please note that there is check in fee of 45 eur for the arrivals after 20.00 and during the weekends and bank holidays. According to the Law, you will be asked at the moment of the check-in for your IDs and to sign a medium term rental contract for your stay. Code of conduct: the host reserves the right to take required action if any of the below rules are not respected: - Respect the neighbours - No smoking/vaping in the property - No parties or events allowed - No extra guests - No noise after 10 pm - No pets allowed. Minimum stay is 32 nights. Security deposit: 1 month of staying: 25% of the payment 2-4 months: 50% of monthly payment 5+: 1 month payment The security deposit will be returned, less any damages, within 14 days of vacating the apartment. Utility bills are included up to a maximum of 150€ per month. If the cost of your utility consumption exceeds this amount, the excess will be deducted from your deposit at the end of your stay.
