Street parking located right outside of the unit. Studio is furnished with a small kitchenette (no stove), refrigerator, microwave, sofa, queen bed, ac/heater mini split. located near 2 major shopping centers, farmers market, at Mount San Antonio Community C. , Asian market with in1 m , Vons 2 miles, and many others The space The casita has its own private lush patio which is great space to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine on a beautiful California day. Free Wifi, perfect for business trips or visiting friends in the area. There are walking or running trail with in a short distance. Guest access The guest will have access to the private casita and the private patio. Other things to note -No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property or in the unit. -Quite Hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am -Do not bring portable stove to cook in the unit (portable stove/bbq is allowed in patio) -No washer and dryer in unit. -No wax candle allow -No parties
