The space The apartment is the front two rooms of my home. It has a private entrance and is separate from the rest of the house. There's a private patio for exclusive use by the apartment tenant, and dedicated, two car parking spaces. There's robust sound-proofing between the two parts of the house. The house sits on an acre and a half and borders Crego Park, behind it. Crego Park is a 220 acre city park of undeveloped forest and a lake. Across the street is Fenner Nature Center, a 134 acre nature center with over 4 miles of trails and an interactive learning center. Guest access The apartment is self contained and completely separate from the rest of the house, with its own exterior door. Other things to note - The Apartment is professionally cleaned once every two weeks. The $50.00 cleaning fee is a reoccurring, monthly fee in addition to the monthly rental fee. - The apartment has its own dedicated heating and cooling system with autonomous controls within the apartment. - The apartment contains its own high-speed Internet access point to assure fast Internet access from both within the apartment and on the patio.
