Large house located in a quiet residence, completely renovated, with a large living room and fully equipped kitchen. Young and old will find their comfort thanks to the many rooms. The exterior, ideally suited for large groups, consists of 2 covered terraces, a dining area with barbecue, a jacuzzi, a large petanque court and shaded and sunny areas. A true vacation home, this accommodation promises you a warm stay in a soothing setting. The space This home is a real vacation home that will guarantee you a pleasant stay. We have put our heart into renovating it and making it as comfortable as possible, so that you can spend warm moments with family or friends, all in a quiet and soothing setting. The house is fully air-conditioned! The entrance to the house is through a living room that can also serve as a bedroom thanks to the sofa bed. Then, a hallway serves 2 bedrooms for 2 people, one with a private bathroom and access to the terrace. At the end of the hallway is a toilet and bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The bathroom and toilet are equipped with handles and shower seat for people with reduced mobility. A third bedroom (cabin) with bunk beds is at the end of the hallway on the right. You then arrive at the kitchen and the large living room (50 m2). Here you can sit at the kitchen bar that opens onto the room, eat together on the large table or relax in front of a good movie with the seating area equipped with 4 large sofas and a video projector. Access to the outside is through the kitchen, where you arrive on a first covered and shaded terrace but very sunny, especially in the late afternoon. Then a few steps take you to the large garden: the barbecue and the petanque court await you, but also a Roman chair for athletes, a hammock, a jacuzzi and a large dining area, all under a large terrace also covered! At the bottom of the garden is an outbuilding with 2 other bedrooms for 2 people as well as a toilet and hand wash, this space is also air-conditioned. Guest access The place is fully available during the stay. Other things to note Cleaning fees are included in the nightly rate. Bath towels are not provided.
