Large house located in a quiet residence, completely renovated, with a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Young and old will find their comfort thanks to the many rooms. The outdoor area, suitable for large groups, consists of 2 covered terraces with dining areas. Numerous activities await you: hot tub, pétanque court, trampoline, basketball hoop. A real vacation home, this place promises a warm stay in a soothing setting. The space House fully air-conditioned! The entrance to the house is through a living room that can also be used as a bedroom thanks to the sofa bed. Then, a hallway serves 2 bedrooms for 2 people, including one with private bathroom and access to the terrace. At the back of the hallway are a toilet and a bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The bathroom and toilet are equipped with handles and shower seat for people with limited mobility. A third bedroom (cabin) with bunk beds is at the end of the hallway on the right. You then arrive at the kitchen and the large living room (50m2). Here you can sit at the kitchen bar that opens onto the room, eat with others on the large table or relax in front of a good film with the seating area equipped with 4 large sofas and a video projector. Access to the outside is through the kitchen, where you arrive on a first covered and shaded terrace but sunny, especially in the late afternoon. Then a few steps take you to the large garden: the barbecue and the bocce court await you, but also a Roman chair for athletes, a hammock, a jacuzzi and a large dining area, all under a large terrace also covered! We recently renovated the outdoor area to make room for new activities: a basketball hoop and a trampoline. At the bottom of the garden is an outbuilding with 2 other bedrooms for 2 people as well as a toilet and handwasher, this space is also air-conditioned. Guest access The place is fully available during the stay. Other things to note Cleaning fees are included in the nightly rate. Bath towels are not provided.
