The space Description of the gîte: Medieval house in the heart of the historic district and at the foot of the medieval gardens. On the ground floor: - kitchen with dining area, range, dishwasher - back kitchen-laundry room with washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster - Toilet. On the 1st floor: - Living room with sofa bed 160 (Dunlopillo latex mattress), connected TV, desk - Bathroom with bathtub - Separate WC. On the 2nd floor: - bedroom with bed 140 - small windowless room with bunk beds. Provision of a picnic table (to enjoy the medieval garden), a child stair gate, a baby cot. High chair available (on request) The house is located opposite a historic monument (Logis Férolle), there is no one opposite. No smoking allowed Other things to note Please note: - Towels are not provided. - Rental option: €5/toilet kit (1 bath towel + 1 hand towel) - When you leave, the house must be returned in a clean condition and the garbage cans emptied.
