Other things to note GETTING THERE It's about 5 minutes from Canal Park down Minnesota Ave. Just beyond the first public beach parking lot. PARKING There is one parking spot on site for guests as well as free street parking. ENTRY Your code will be provided after booking. Codes are changed after every guest. THE LOCATION The relaxing, stunning bay-side of Park Point. Just minute from the longest sand bar beach in the world. HEATING & COOLING The window air and heating is central and by a wall Thermostat.  INTERNET High-speed that is suitable for multiple people streaming videos, remote work, surfing the web, and answering emails. OUTDOOR SPACE A large open yard and a private patio with furniture. THINGS TO DO Duluth's many miles of beach is the closest popular attraction! We are also centrally located to Canal Park, Lester River, Superior Hiking trail access, historic Enger Tower and many breweries and restaurants!  CHECK IN 4pm - 10pm CT Check-in is available from 4pm to 10pm. If you will be arriving later than 9 pm, you must contact our staff in advance to arrange a late arrival. Should you prefer an earlier arrival time, we are happy to assist if accommodations are available. An early check-in charge may be applicable.   CHECK OUT 11am CT Check-out is at 11am. Requests for a late checkout should be directed via Airbnb messaging before the the morning of your departure. Late checkouts are subject to availability and may result in an additional charge. STAFFING / Emergencies Our staff is available by email/text message between the hours of 10am-7pm. We are always happy to help. We recommend calling 911 for emergencies.  CANCELLATIONS / DEPOSITS A 50% deposit is charged upon booking; this deposit is refundable up to seven days prior to your arrival date. The remaining balance is charged in full, six days prior to arrival, at which point your stay is non-refundable and non-cancellable. A 5% fee is charged with any cancellation.
