Next to the famous Igrejinha dos Carneiros, our house is the perfect place to rest with the family. Very close to the beach, the house has 180 m², 4 BEDROOMS, 2 SUITES, balcony, private pool, gas barbecue and all the amenities for your stay. The rental includes a cleaning and kitchen service from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. For the little ones, we provide a crib, bathtub and changing table. We are available and attentive to meet any special needs! The space The house has spacious and integrated living areas (living room, dining room and terrace), allowing for a comfortable stay with family or friends. Of the 4 bedrooms, 1 is on the ground floor, with easy access and mobility for those who need it. Surrounded by the garden, it is the perfect space for children. The kitchen is equipped with appliances and the necessary utensils, so the guest does not have to worry about bringing anything. Similarly, the rooms have a complete set of sheets, pillows, bedspreads and towels. With a Wi-Fi connection, it is possible to work remotely, if necessary. In the common area of the condominium, guests will have access to the tennis court, gym, toy library and playground. Finally, it is important to note that the house has 3 private parking spaces. Other things to note We charge for energy consumption separately, at a rate of 1.00 kwh, measured at check-in and check-out.
