** studio is strictly for non smokers/non vapers** Welcome to our cozy modern studio nestled in the heart of the Annapolis Valley, the perfect location to set up camp and explore all the Valley has to offer. Greenwood, the home of 14 Wing and the Military Aviation Museum a short drive away, 10 mins to Margaretsville, 45 mins the the quaint town of Wolfville. 60 mins to Digby with its scallops and whale watching. 90mins to Halifax. The space Animals on main property, including chickens and rooster (you may hear the rooster from time to time so please take that into consideration before booking) Property is suitable for individuals or couples. Please be advised that a BBQ is not provided. Bright air open concept space. Small kitchenette equipped with all the basic necessities, living and dining space and a comfortable sleeping area separated from the main space. Chill out in the evening with a bottle of wine from one of the many Vineyards/Wineries in the Valley and watch a movie on Netflix. Internet included. Please note this is on our family property. A 5 minute drive away is Seven Falls with its hiking trails to explore. 20 mins drive is Port George, here you can explore the tide pools uncovered by the Fundy tides and just up the road from that is Cottage Cove where you’ll find peace and serenity at a hidden beach just off of a dirt track. Take a hike up the beach to a massive cave and a waterfall and see bald eagles soaring above you. Guest access The studio is situated on a family property, completely separate from the house, self contained. It has its own driveway. All the local amenities of Greenwood, Kingston and Middleton including restaurants, stores, museums, markets are 10 minute and under drive. Other things to note You may hear some farm traffic during farming season as we are situated next to farms. Evening and night times are quiet. We have animals on the main property including chickens/ rooster. (You may hear the rooster) We ask that our house rules are followed.
