The Cow Shed

Kick back & relax to the sound of the birds in this calm, secluded space overlooking the meadows & hills. Located in the beautiful hamlet of Bari at an altitude of 2,000m, we've painstakingly renovated a traditional mountain house to create a warm, comfortable & stylish homestay using only natural & recycled materials. The space What was originally the cow shed, Om Cottage has its own entrance leading to a downstairs living room, kitchenette & bathroom. Upstairs is a large bedroom, where the original beams have been maintained & exposed to create the feeling of a loft with sweeping views of the fields. Guest access Guests also have access to the outdoor bathroom and side kitchen of the main house where they can use the fridge. The front patio has a dining area which can be shared with other guests and the verandas are open to everyone. Other things to note Bari is a sleepy hamlet above Bir which can only be accessed by car, scooter or foot. It's a perfect spot if you're looking for a quiet retreat to read, write, paint, practice yoga or just relax. If you're looking to party I'm afraid this is not for you as we have to respect the residents and loud music/noise after 10pm is strictly prohibited.
