For remote workers and guests needing connectivity, the home is equipped with upgraded Starlink high-speed broadband internet service. Additional amenities include a full-size washer and dryer, a fully equipped gym, and a medical-grade infrared sauna. After a long day of exploring, unwind in the secluded 10-person hot tub, perfectly situated for gazing upon the majesty of Pike's Peak. Guest access Guests will have an access to the lakes (fishing and water activities) To the whole house except storage rooms and closets that are locked. Failure to sign may result in the cancellation of your reservation. Deposit may be required This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights at 9,200 feet above sea level will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day.
