Welcome to La Casita del Centro! This 2 bedroom apartment has the charm of a local home but with modern updates to make your stay comfortable. Located just a two block walk from the church and town plaza, the apartment is perfect for a weekend getaway or a cozy home base to explore Juayua and the surrounding towns along La Ruta de las Flores. The apartment is street level, centrally located and in a lively area, you will hear street noise, especially on weekends. Sorry, no pets allowed. The space Our place has two bedrooms one with a double (full size) bed and the other with two single beds and both rooms with ceiling fans, a bathroom with hot shower, a kitchen area with microwave, kettle, coffee press (aka French press/coffee plunger/Cafetière - you will need to bring your own ground coffee though), toaster, refrigerator and a 3 burner portable gas stove, we also have a small dining table suitable for 4 people. There is one split type ductless air conditioning unit in the living room (not in the bedrooms) where you will also find a TV with standard cable and we also have wifi. As mentioned, the apartment is street level so you will hear people walking past, traffic and all general street noise. During the weekends (or sometimes during the week) the restaurants close by may also play loud music in the evenings. Please take this into consideration if you are a light sleeper. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment. There is free street parking right outside. There’s no private parking area (eg. garage). Other things to note We welcome families, however please note that we do not have amenities/facilities for young children (eg. cot, children’s tableware, electrical outlet covers, change table, no baby proofing, high chair etc). The apartment is street level so you’ll hear people walking past, traffic and all general street noise. During the weekends (or sometimes during the week) the restaurants close by may play loud music in the evenings. On the tv we offer streaming apps, for instance Netflix, but you will need to sign in with your own account. We have one security camera and that’s located outside of the house. It overlooks the front entrance and street corner. It will be on during your stay.
