Easy access to the rest of the city, the sea and parks from this centrally located home. The space The apartment is 85 m2, has three rooms and an associated large balcony with afternoon sun. The room that is rented is 15m2 and has direct access to a large common living room via a double door. Of course, the door can be closed and curtains can be drawn to create a private room. The door between the living room and the rest of the apartment can also be closed. The room has a double bed, a small desk, large enclosed clothes storage space and various shelves. The entire apartment has been recently renovated. We live 3 people on a daily basis, who have each made our mark on the apartment, making it very homely and personal. When renting, it will therefore also have more than just basic and necessary fixtures. Therefore, of course, we also expect that our beautiful homes are taken care of when renting and that our things are used and treated with care. The apartment will be shared during the period with one of us staying in one of the other rooms or other guests. We/you will therefore share the bathroom, toilet and kitchen.
