The space This 1930’s remodeled Bungalow is a single story home with full basement. It is 1700 square feet. Upstairs are the two bedrooms with the bathroom and hall in between. One has a king bed and TV and opens to the backyard. The second bedroom has a trundle bed and large wood cabinet. The bathroom has a tub/shower and full vanity. Also upstairs is the full kitchen that is open to the living room with a dishwasher, cement countertops, bar seating for four and a kitchen nook with a table that seats four. The living room has a large picture window, couch, two chairs, TV, VCR and fireplace. All windows have shades. Downstairs is a basement that has one bedroom with a queen bed and dresser, a bathroom with shower and, next to the bathroom, are the washer and dryer. It has a living room area with a TV, gas stove and gym. The front yard has a fence and lawn. The back yard has a fence, patio, fire pit, hot tub and patio dining area.
