We are delighted to introduce our exquisite Georgian townhouse Liverpool’s Georgian Quarter. This elegant, four-story residence combines historical charm with modern luxury. Situated in a peaceful street just a stone's throw from everything the city centre has to offer: cultural attractions, theatres, dining, boutique shops & the spectacular waterfront. Hotel grade mattresses, linen and towels, professionally laundered. Please be aware of noise policy before booking. No stag/hen parties please The space Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living rooms, a kitchen/dining room and a work space over 4 storeys. Private small patio garden to rear with seating Guest access Guests will have the whole house to themselves Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING NOISE: we have a strict ‘no party’ rule as our house is in a residential street and we want to be considerate of our neighbours. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm and before 9 am. If you are new to Liverpool and looking for places to eat/drink/ visit etc please check out our guidebook for plenty of recommendations Please note that we do not have laundry facilities at the house. We can advise on local laundry pickup/drop off service if this is needed. PARKING: the street is permit holder parking only. There is a loading bay on the street where you get 15 minutes to park for unloading luggage. Surrounding streets have pay and display parking meters. Nearest car parks are Liverpool Cathedral (under 5 minute walk) and Philharmonic carpark (under 5 minute walk)
