Street parking is nearby. We offer good quality linens and many kitchen extras! Accommodates up-to 7 people, free Wifi, 2 office desks & 2 smart TV's; Enjoy short or long stays, business travellers, couples & families! The space Self check-in and check-out process enables you to arrive and depart any time 24 hours a day. Brisbane Domestic and International Airports are only 10 minutes away. Brisbane City and CBD is a short 5 minute drive. Hop on a bus (50 metres away) or train (500 metre away) if you don't have a car. The best coffee/cafes in town and an exotic array of restaurants is all within walking distance, including the famous Eat Street Markets. The unit is beautifully appointed with personal accents and everything you could want for a comfortable and luxurious stay. All areas of the unit are private EXCEPT for the toilet which is shared with our office next door in business hours and is accessed through a secure locked private door. There is two way access to this toilet and powder room, however, as stated, our small office is only next door in business hours. Rest-assured, the entire rest of the place is all yours; you naturally have your own private shower, vanity and mirror in a shower-room inside the unit. Guest access You have the entire place to yourself HOWEVER there is a shared toilet and powder room with our own business which is next door, but this isn’t a problem, as we keep everything pristine and both your unit and our office have separate locking doors leading into the common central area. We are only present in business hours Monday to Friday, and we make no noise, so we aren’t a disturbance. Also, we are nearby if you ever have any problems or need some help ! Other things to note As mentioned above, the powder room and toilet are shared with our office tenancy next door (each of us has a separate lockable door to only this common part of the space). This will not impact your stay in any way and the office is only used in daytime business hours (not weekends) your entire property is private and secure with your own key and private entry. Naturally you have your own private shower, vanity sink and mirror in a separate room in your unit.
