This beautiful house is located near the RER stations of Epinay-sur-Orge (8 mins on foot) and has a surface area of 100 m², while having a shared garden of 500 m² and easy access to Paris and Orly airport in 20 minutes. The space The house is a villa of 100m2 with a shared garden of 500 m2, and two large terraces at the front and back for barbecue and relaxation. Parking is available at the door. East-west living room, separate kitchen fully functional and equipped. Both floors have 4 separate bedrooms sleeping up to 8 people, bedding and toiletries are provided. Each floor has its own bathroom and toilet.  A large living room on the ground floor: A dining room with a 1m8 table for up to 8 people, solid wood buffet with a full set of cutlery. The living room has a 3-meter corner sofa, a large 75” TV, and a wifi box with a subscription to Netflix channels for home cinema mode at any time.  Kitchen on the ground floor: A modern kitchen overlooking the rear garden where you can enjoy cooking amongst the birds and flowers! The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, electric hob, extractor fan, etc. A round dining table for 4-6 people.  Bedroom 1 on the ground floor: double bed, bookshelf.  Shower room on the ground floor: modern Italian shower, toilet, washbasin, and plenty of storage space.  Bedroom 2 on the first floor: 1m6 bed, dressing table, individual cloakroom, built-in safe for the security of documents and important belongings. The HD projector allows you to enjoy a cinematic experience in bed at night.  Bedroom 3 on the first floor: Oversized wardrobe, desk, and pull-out single bed with a standard mattress for a more comfortable sleep.  Bedroom 4 on the first floor: foldaway single bed. Storage cupboard, children's play area: Lego wall, chalk graffiti wall for children to draw and play.  Bathroom on the first floor: oversized bath, sink, toilet, and storage.  Outside garden: 500m² of gardens with two large terraces, tables and chairs for outdoor dining, and professional barbecue for sunny days. The lawn is equipped with football goals, basketball hoops, punching bags, swings, hammocks, and a variety of outdoor recreational equipment (shared with another room) Guest access The guests have full access to the living room, kitchen, 4 bed rooms, 2 bath rooms and the garden of the house.
