The Mineroy House

La Maison du Mineroy welcomes you with family or friends for a pleasant stay. Located in a hamlet 3.7 km from the center of Champignelles, the Maison du Mineroy enjoys an ideal location for discovering the Puisaye. The space With an area of approximately 70 m², it consists of: • A beautiful living room with open kitchen, lounge, and dining area, • a bathroom with shower and double sink, • Separate wall-hung toilets on the ground floor (no toilet upstairs) - Upstairs, 3 bedrooms: • 2 bedrooms with double bed (140 x 190 cm), • 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm). ⚠️ Please note: The staircase leading to the bedrooms can be relatively steep. A travel crib and a high chair can be provided on request. For your convenience, the beds are made upon your arrival. Bath towels, linens, and essentials (tea, coffee, toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo) are provided. Outside, you will enjoy an enclosed and wooded garden of 3000 m², including a pond secured by a fence about 1 m high. You will also have access to: • A terrace with a garden table, barbecue, and garden furniture (during the summer) • Bicycles for teenagers and adults, • Outdoor games (Mölkky, pétanque, darts).
