The Mineroy House

La Maison du Mineroy welcomes you with family or friends for a pleasant stay in Puisaye. The space Completely renovated in 2023, the house is about 70m2 and has: - a living room with open kitchen, lounge and dining area, - a bathroom with shower and double vanity, - hanging toilets, separate, on the ground floor, - 3 bedrooms upstairs: * 2 Bedrooms with 2 beds for 2 people ( 140x190 ) * 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 190 can be brought together if necessary. Please note that the staircase to the bedrooms can be "steep". A crib and high chair can be provided upon request. The beds will be made upon your arrival. Towels, linens and basics are provided ( tea, coffee, toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo ). An enclosed and wooded park of 3000 m² completes the house with the presence of a pond ( it is surrounded with a 1 m height fence) You will have access to: - a terrace with garden table, barbecue, and garden furniture. - bicycles for teenagers and adults - outdoor games ( Molky, pétanque, dart game) Check-in is done independently with a lockbox.
