Beautiful, light filled 2nd floor apartment with nice front balcony over looking the neighborhood park in a traditional, vibrant Envigado neighborhood. This apartment is walking distance (not hilly!) to everything you will need, shopping, cafes and restaurants as well as a park and outdoor gym directly across the street! The neighborhood is safe and friendly with easy access to metro, taxis and uber. The home has been recently updates to suit your needs! The space This is a cozy space with lots of light and a lovely front patio so you can be a part of the neighborhood without leaving your apartment! There is a shared washer and dryer on site and all you need to feel at home. A smart TV is available for you to sign-in to your accounts! Guest access The guests have access to the entire apartment and to a shared laundry area with free laundry machines (shared with two other apartments) Other things to note *Pets* We would love to try to accommodate guests with pets!
