Enjoy the World Cup in true luxury with this brand new place built one year ago. The space The bottom floor is the main entrance and has a mudroom, laundry, a desk sitting area, and two bedrooms. One bedroom has bunk beds with twin mattresses and a full bed. The primary bedroom has a king size bed with a sliding glass door to open to the creek. The full bathroom on this level is attached to the Primary bedroom. The second floor has a full bathroom, spacious living room, and fully appointed kitchen. There is also a balcony that overlooks the creek and provides access to the amazing rooftop deck. The rooftop deck is its own floor spanning the full footprint of the building. It is complete with a bbq, spa, seating area, swivel mounted tv, fire pit, and heating lamps. Other things to note Please note that there is construction across the creek that occurs during the day (8-5). This is likely not an issue for winter bookings since the snow impedes construction work.
