The space Welcome to our spacious 4-bedroom house with a cozy futon in the living room, ideal for unwinding in the vibrant heart of South LA. Located in North Chesterfield Square neighborhood, our house offers convenience and comfort with 2 bathrooms downstairs and a convenient laundry room off the well-appointed kitchen. *Please note, there is not a bathroom on the second floor (upstairs). You will have to use the main bathroom off the hallway.* Downstairs, you'll find a serene queen bedroom with its own full bathroom for added privacy, while another room offers two twin beds with easy access to the main bathroom. Upstairs, two charming bedrooms feature comfortable double beds and share the downstairs bathroom. Our kitchen is a chef's delight, equipped with all the gadgets you need to whip up culinary delights. Gather around the large dining table, seating six comfortably and expandable for additional guests. Enjoy the neighborhood vibe while lounging on our swing bench in the front porch area or relax in the backyard on our versatile bench that converts into a half picnic table. Please note, smoking is only permitted in these outdoor areas. Our neighborhood tends to celebrate with fireworks throughout the year, adding to the lively atmosphere. If you’re not familiar with this area, please note that it is different from well-known neighborhoods often associated with Los Angeles, such as Beverly Hills or Hollywood. We encourage you to search online or check a map to understand the general location and set appropriate expectations. The home is 15 minutes from the Inglewood Forum, 9 minutes from LA Live & Crypto Arena, 30 minutes to Universal Studios, 25 minutes to Venice Beach, 40 minutes to Disneyland and 25 minutes from the Getty Center 30 minutes from LAX.
