Large bright apartment that can accommodate 3/4 people (one bedroom with 160 cm bed, one bedroom with 90 cm bed plus extra mattress, a sofa bed in the living room) Located at the entrance to the village of Aime la Plagne, 700 m above sea level, in the heart of the Tarentaise and the Northern Alps. La Plagne resort is a 20-minute drive away. Free parking in front of the house. The space Our apartment is our main residence, we will make some room for you in the cupboards, and we ask that you respect our belongings. It is located on the 1st floor of a large house with 4 apartments. It has a large sunny terrace with mountain views and a smaller one behind the house. The interior is spacious and bright, TV with Netflix, and a large south-facing balcony. There is a 160 cm bed with a very comfortable Emma mattress for the master bedroom. The children's room is large, an extra mattress is available to sleep a 2nd child/or adult. There is also a sofa bed (BZ type) in the living room. For the winter, we have a wood burning stove that pleasantly heats a large part of the apartment, you can even simmer small dishes on it. We have 2 cats that live outside year-round. Just give them some kibble and a pat when you see them :-) The apartment is non-smoking. For everyone's peace of mind, please be quiet between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. Guest access You will have access to the whole apartment. Other things to note You can do all your shopping on foot (bakeries, butcher shop, supermarket, organic store, delicatessens, Coop de Beaufort, restaurants...). The train station is a 10-minute walk. You can go for a walk in nature directly from the house, or drive 15 to 30 minutes to go snowshoeing or cross-country skiing. The Plagne ski resort is 20 minutes by car, Les Arcs accessible by the Bourg Saint Maurice funicular in 15 minutes, Tignes and Val d'Isère in 1 hour. We are also 30 minutes from Albertville, 1 hour from Chambéry and 1 hour 30 minutes from Annecy. Many activities are possible on site or within 30 minutes: snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, swimming pool, cinema, climbing, horseback riding, paragliding, cultural visits...
