The side access and rear garden are shared among all residents of the building, which is let as a whole 6 bedroom property or individually There is designated 4-seater garden furniture located on the left side of the garden for the exclusive use of those that stay Other things to note EXTRA INFORMATION The whole basement uses a Macerator based plumbing system which could block if filled with non flushable waste causing the system to fail. This system uses a pump which has a whooshing noise when activated which may be unfamiliar to some guests. PLEASE NEVER TURN OFF THE POWER SWITCHES This property hosts unique features and art work including vintage items. To preserve the integrity of these items, we kindly request that guests refrain from touching or removing them. A signed short term rental agreement and a card holding damage deposit of £150 will be taken prior to your stay, and any missing or damaged items will be charged accordingly.
