Modern open space loft in the historic center of Assisi, 150 meters from the Basilica of San Francesco. The unit consists of two adjoining apartments with separate rooms. Recently restored and cared for down to the smallest detail, it is equipped with: 1 living room with dining room and sofa bed 1 dining room 2 kitchens 2 bedrooms with double bed 2 bathrooms The space The loft is an open space, designed in detail to meet guests' needs. The rooms are bright and equipped with split air conditioning for heating/cooling. The house can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 guests + 2 babies. BEDROOM The rooms consist of a comfortable king-size double bed, memory foam pillows and mattress, blankets, cotton sheets, high-quality towels and a wardrobe for storing clothes and luggage. LIVING ROOM WITH DINING ROOM AND SOFA BED The living rooms, which represent the heart of the house, are bright and welcoming. Inside the rooms are two dining tables with seven chairs and a sofa (which can also be used as a bed) to fully enjoy moments of relaxation and comfort during the overnight stay. KITCHEN The kitchens, in Provencal style, are a real gem. They are equipped with: induction cooktop (2 burners), set of pots, cutlery, glasses, coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and kettle. BATH HOUSE The bathrooms are complete with all amenities: toilet, bidet, comfortable shower cabin, sink with mirror, hairdryer and soap dispenser. The characteristic stone walls, brick vaults and exposed wooden ceiling give the house a warm and welcoming tone. The accommodation is equipped with new fixtures and semi-darkening curtains that guarantee excellent privacy. Guest access GUEST ACCESS The house is located in Via Fontebella 56/B, in the center of Assisi (limited traffic zone ZTL). Upon arrival, guests will access the accommodation via smartphone, through self check-in with a virtual key. Just make sure you have a good internet connection. You will find yourself in front of an iron grate that gives access to a small entrance hall and the door of the accommodation. On the day of your arrival, we will provide you with all the useful information to access the house. The nearest parking lot is "Saba Giovanni Paolo II," a few minutes' walk from the house. Alternatively, near “Porta San Giacomo”, you can find the “Municipal Parking”, a few more minutes' walk from the accommodation. Other things to note • possibility of renting E-Bikes at the “Progetto BO” social promotion association near the Assisi station, with private parking where you can leave your car. DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD The accommodation is located in the heart of the city, 150 meters from the Basilica of San Francesco and 600 meters from the Church of Santa Maria Maggiore, Sanctuary of the Stripping of Carlo Acutis. Near the property, there are renowned restaurants, pizzerias, bars, shops, markets and ATMs. GETTING AROUND The accommodation is in the heart of the city, allowing you to easily get around on foot. In any case, the city is well connected by the main means of transportation that allow you to move easily both within the walls of Assisi and in the surrounding areas.
