Welcome to the "Green Loft" A spacious attic apartment awaits you in a beautiful location on the edge of the Black Forest, ideal as a starting point for your exploration of the Black Forest. The space The attic duplex apartment is divided into a spacious living room with open beams, a fireplace, a comfortable seating area, a small desk, a TV and a hammock. A staircase leads from here to the two bedrooms on the upper floor. From the living room you can access the open, bright kitchen with seating for up to 6 people and a small sitting area for morning coffee or tea. In the kitchen-living room is access to the balcony, ideal for relaxing summer evenings. The daylight bathroom with toilet and shower follows the kitchen-living room. Two free parking spaces are available behind the house. The house entrance is located on the side of the house and can be reached via a small side street. Check-in is possible via a key safe directly at the house entrance, from 3:00 pm at any time of arrival. Dog owners are also very welcome. Beautiful long walks are possible in the fields and in the nearby forest area with ponds. Other things to note The fireplace can be operated from November to February for cozy warm winter days. Please pay attention to fire safety and safe operation. Some wood and fireplace tools are provided.
