Guests can use only the portable music system available at the villa. PARKING SPACE FOR 3 CARS IS AVAILABLE PLEASE FOLLOW THE PARKING INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN BY CARETAKER! 3 cars will be comfortable and 4 little crammed Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property. Property has 3 floors , ground floor has 1 bedroom, 1st floor has 5 bedrooms and 2nd floor is open space for workout,yoga, board games, poker table, carrom board playing facility with terrace with beautiful views! Smoking of hookah inside the villa is strictly not allowed (can use in the outdoors only) Smoking inside the Property is strictly not allowed. Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. THE POOL IS SMALL (its a dip pool) size 11' x 11' Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. Food and beverages services are needed to be booked atleast 4 days in Advance (message for further details) (we do not sell or supply Alcohol) Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool(OUTSIDE FOOD/CATERING NOT ALLOWED) Kindly keep the windows and doors shut at all times, given the presence of insects and bugs around. Mobile networks such as Jio and Vi work fairly well on the terrace and the balconies. Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time and may fluctuate in the bedrooms. Netflix & Tata Sky is available for viewing. The Staff stays on the premises of the same property(in the staff room)and shall help you in regards to services. In case of a power outage, the generator will support the electricity supply to entire villa and shall be provided for no additional cost. The generator will start automatically if electricity goes! Please note that if the electricity goes it takes generator about 40 seconds to start supplying electricity so please be patient 🙏 There are CCTV cameras that capture the living rooms and exterior areas for security purposes only!
