MPORTANT PLEASE READ: This is a budget-friendly basement, not suitable for guests with claustrophobia or security concerns. It has A/C but no heating, plus a private bathroom and shower. Located in a traditional Pittsburgh home, it offers a cozy private bedroom, bathroom, and work area. Maximum 2 guests, not recommended for children. Laundry facilities are in a common area outside the unit and shared with others, but available for guest use. Privacy and security guaranteed. The space It is a basement with independent access through the back of the house, secured with a keypad lock. Once inside the basement, you will find the apartment door with another keypad lock, and we will provide you with the code once the reservation is confirmed. It is a new space with a spacious bedroom, television, kitchen, refrigerator, microwave oven, private bathroom, and a small dining area that can also be used as a workspace. Outside, at the same level, there is a pay-to-use laundry facility on the premises. Guest access Guests have access to the backyard and the laundry facilities. Other things to note It is a unit in the basement of our house with independent entrance. You will have the opportunity to share outside with people who use the laundry service. There may be noise and maybe the concierge has to enter the engine room and the boiler to ensure that the house works properly and that does not interfere with the privacy of the unit. For long stays we do not offer extra toilets, or changes of household linen and towels or sheets. For this there is the laundry service with all the pleasure for its use.
