Located in the heart of the Pays d'Auge, this charming house surrounded by greenery, 5 minutes from the typical village of Cormeilles, will offer you a relaxing and quiet stay with family or friends. During the summer, from May to the end of September, you can enjoy my heated lap pool, 20 m by 3.50 m, from 10 am to 12 pm and from 2 pm to 4:30 pm. Close to Honfleur, Deauville, Trouville, Lisieux, tennis courts, equestrian centers and many walking trails... The space The house was completely renovated in 2023. Everything is new: the appliances, bedding, sheets and dishes! Two bedrooms upstairs, a large 160 cm bed and a choice of a second 160 cm bed or two 80 cm beds depending on your needs. Part of the garden will be at your disposal, as well as a terrace adjoining the house with a table, chairs, umbrella, and barbecue. On the property a little further back, there is a farmhouse in which I live from time to time because I divide my time between Normandy and Paris. The pool will be available to you from 10 AM to 12 PM and from 2 PM to 4:30 PM, or even longer if I am not there... Other things to note Non-smoking house.
