Our studio is a real tiny ‘house’. Only 11m2, including bathroom of about 2.5m2, so let us tell you again: it is small. But also: practical, cosy, peaceful - and super close to the beach (<50 meter), nature (<300 meter), center (<600 meter) and station. The studio with private entrance contains a comfortable pull-out sofa bed (for 1 or 2 people), a private toilet and shower, TV with streaming services, indoor and outdoor seating, fridge with freezer compartment, and coffee and tea facilities. The space The studio has been renovated recently (spring 2023) and while it is very small and does not offer a great deal of privacy from a potential traveling companion, it has everything that you need. There is a shower/toilet, as well as a comfortable sofa that folds out into a queen sized bed. Furthermore, there is a fridge, coffee/tea facilities, an airco/heating unit, a fold-up table with stools, bathroom amenities, and a tv with access to streaming services. Plus, we added some extras to the room that you can use, such as books and a filled beach bag. Other supplies - including cutlery and plates - can be brought to the studio upon your request. If you need sheets, covers or towels, please note we need to rent those for your convenience and therefore we charge an extra fee. It is recommended to bring your own linen if possible. Guest access All of it. Other things to note Please note: Zandvoort charges a tourism tax of €3,30 per person per night. This is not included in the price! A separate fee of €5,00 per person applies for bed linen (including pillow cases, fitted sheet, duvet cover) and towels. It is mandatory to either bring this yourself or rent it from us! This is also not included in the price as we need to rent it for your convenience. These charges will have to be paid upon arrival and are not included in the total price. Also: please note that we do not offer a private parking spot. The whole of Zandvoort is paid parking with the cheapest day rate currently at 15 euro at designated spots.
