Cas Can Caxan is a traditional finca in the northern hills of Ibiza, between Sant Joan and Sant Miquel, offering sea views and unforgettable sunsets. This vast rural estate spans 22 acres, stretching from the lush valley floor to the forested hilltops. The house lies halfway up the slope, surrounded by ancient stone-walled terraces that reflect the island’s heritage. With its village-like layout, Cas Can Caxan is perfect for families and friends in search of a peaceful, recharging getaway☀️ The space The split-level layout of the finca ensures a high degree of privacy for each guest, while the spacious communal garden and pool areas invite shared moments—whether it's outdoor dinners, lively poolside gatherings, or peaceful afternoons in the sun. The property is divided into three split-level areas and features four kitchen facilities: one central kitchen, one at the pool area, and two breakfast kitchenettes. There are a total of five bathrooms: two in the main house, one in Studio 1, one in Casita 1, and one near the pool. Thanks to flexible bedding arrangements, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 couples in double or king-size beds, or up to 10 guests in single beds. The finca offers six uniquely designed bedrooms, each with access to a private terrace, a fan, and a mosquito net (klamboe). Maximum occupancy: 12 guests plus 2 children.
