From November through February, Coastline offers stays longer than 30 days at discounted rates, which are considered extended stays. We often call these guests our beloved “Snowbirds” — because, like the birds, they fly south for the winter! To determine whether a property allows extended stays during your desired period, select a 1st-of-the-month arrival and departure date to preview winter pricing. • Long-term stay fees: Stays over 30 days incur $150 additional cleaning fee; over 60 days incur $275 fee (applied after booking, effective July 25, 2025). Maravilla 1111 is located in the gated Maravilla Condominiums community in Miramar Beach — a central spot along Destin’s scenic Gulf coast. 2. How do I get to the beach? Walk across the street using the private gated beach access. You’ll receive the access code in your check-in instructions. 3. Is beach setup included or an additional fee? You’ll receive 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella set up for you daily from March through October. This service is managed directly by the Maravilla HOA. If you have questions about chair placement or need extra setup, the on-site beach attendant can assist. 4. What is VayKLife and how does it work? Great question! VayKLife is our exclusive beach gear partner. With your stay, you’ll receive a credit to order beach gear like coolers, boogie boards, games, carts, bikes, and more — delivered right to your door before check-in and picked up after you leave. You’ll receive a separate email from VayKLife after booking with instructions to customize your order. 5. What’s the parking situation like? Is it guaranteed in front of the unit? Parking at Maravilla is first come, first served. Your reservation includes 2 parking passes, which you’ll find inside the unit upon arrival — please place them in your vehicle windows as soon as you arrive. No trailers, boats, or oversized vehicles are allowed. If you need an additional pass, please contact the Coastline Condos team at least 48 hours before arrival to purchase one. 6. Is Maravilla 1111 pet-friendly? No, this unit is not pet-friendly, but we do have several other Maravilla units that are! Reach out if you’re looking for a pet-friendly option nearby.
