The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for home-cooked meals, along with a spacious counter and direct access to a charming balcony—perfect for morning coffee or evening breeze. Both bedrooms are designed with comfort in mind. The master bedroom includes a cozy bed, soft décor, a vanity/workspace, and tall windows. The second bedroom is simple and functional, ideal for long stays. Portable AC units are provided in both bedrooms for your comfort. The modern bathroom features a glass shower, sleek fixtures, and ample storage, and the apartment also includes a washing machine. Every corner balances comfort, simplicity, and elegance to create a warm home atmosphere. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment and will be provided with two sets of keys for your convenience. Other things to note - The apartment has a wall-mounted air conditioner only in the living room. Portable coolers are available in the bedrooms. - The building does not have its own parking garage. However, you can find free street parking or use nearby paid parking. - The cleanliness of our linens and towels is our top priority. Stains from makeup, nail polish, blood, or other substances require special treatment and may be impossible to remove in some cases. If the stain cannot be removed, the product may need to be replaced, and you may be charged for this. We kindly ask that you treat these items with the same care you would your own. FINES AND FEES FOR VIOLATIONS - Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. Any violation will result in a €100 fine. - A €35 replacement fee will be charged for lost keys. - If keys are left in the door lock and require locksmith assistance, a €60 service fee will apply.
