Most of your interaction will be with Kate & Nat, the property co-hosts. We live in the neighborhood and will respond quickly if you have questions or need anything, but it's unlikely that we'll meet in person. The Short North Arts District is home to some of the best restaurants, shopping, art galleries, and night life in the city. Park your car and walk everywhere! Victorian Village (our local historic district within the Short North) features incredible turn-of-the-century architecture and is known for its annual Tour of Homes. Take a Sunday stroll around Goodale Park or along Neil Avenue to enjoy the sights. Highland House Columbus is located near the intersection of 1st Ave. and Neil Ave. Bus routes along Neil Ave. make it very easy to get downtown or to The Ohio State University without a car. The area is very walkable to shopping and dining along High St. in the Short North Arts District. *The property does have an exterior security camera system. *The TV does not have cable or access to any free live channels. It is a “smart” TV only. You will need to log into your own streaming accounts to play content on the TV. *We do ask for assistance from our guests in moving the trash and recycling bins to/from the curb in front of the house on the pickup days. We'll provide reminder messages and we'll be available to help anyone with physical limitations if needed.
