This unique architect designed 1 bedroom apartment near Manly Beach has everything you need for a comfortable break away from it all. It has a good size living area, a separate bedroom and ensuite. Located on the western hill in a quiet street - Manly Beach, Village and Manly Wharf are all within a 6-10 minute walk. Manly Tennis Centre is just around the corner as is Harbord Diggers Bowling Club and Manly Botanical Gardens. Fairlight Village is a 6 min walk and Paulos' cafe is around the corner. The space With large sliding windows overlooking a beautifully quiet tree lined street, this gorgeous 1 bedroom apartment has everything you need. It feels spacious with a stunning cathedral ceiling and skylight making the space feel open and bright. Included is: • 1 bedroom with luxurious queen size bed • Ensuite bathroom • Compact kitchen includes full size fridge, dishwasher, hotplates, microwave, airfryer (mini oven - they're fabulous) • Living room has a comfortable lounge, Smart TV, breakfast bar with windows opening to a roof garden and views overlooking the streetscape • Laundry (not shared) with a washing machine - downstairs through the garage. • Ceiling fan in living room (no airconditioning other than a sea breeze when you open the windows) and a fan in the bedroom. Heaters in winter. • There is unlimited street parking 150m away. Unfortunately our permit for parking outside the apartment has been lost. Guest access Guests cannot access the roof garden for safety reasons. Other things to note • This apartment is on the property of a large home and above the separate garage. It has it's own separate entrance and is private from the main house. • There is no door between the bedroom and kitchen/living area so it can be light in the mornings due to east facing living area. • Not suitable for infants (no room for a cot) • If you're arriving via ferry with lots of suitcases and/or are tired from your travels, it may be best to get a taxi or the 142 bus up the hill to the corner of Augusta Road and Quinton Road (Stand F) in Belgrave Street. • This property is in a residential area so from time to time people mow lawns and do maintenance on their properties. We rely on our neighbours to notify us of any major works that may cause ongoing noise. It's much quieter than the centre of Manly but a 6 minute walk to Manlys' centre. • Street parking outside is 2hrs however we provide a parking permit which entitles you for unlimited parking. Please ensure you return the permit on your departure or a replacement fee applies (see our rules). Registration Details PID-STRA-50879
