Our Gîte, a fully renovated house, is located in the countryside in the heart of Normandy Switzerland and can accommodate 12 people and 1 baby. Wi-Fi is included and the beds are made for your arrival. A car is essential because the accommodation is located in the countryside. The necessary shops are 6 km away but a local produce store is nearby. Location: 50 km from Caen, 1 hour 10 minutes from the landing beaches. 30 minutes from Jurques Zoo, 10 minutes from Clécy. The space On the ground floor you will find an equipped kitchen (crockery, pots, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher), a large living room with TV, a toilet and a bedroom with a 140 x 200 double bed with shower and sink. The floor consists of a bathroom with shower, double sink and bathtub, a laundry room with washing machine, clothes rack, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron, a bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed and a baby bed, two bedrooms with a 140 x 200 bed and a bunk bed, a toilet and a reading area. The beds are equipped with pillows and duvets (220 x 240 duvets for 2-person beds, 140 x 200 duvets for 1-person beds) and are made for your arrival. A high chair and changing table are at your disposal. Guests have access to a fully fenced courtyard, terrace and garden furniture to enjoy the outdoors. No pets allowed. Other things to note Cottage located in the countryside, a car is a must. The accommodation must be returned clean and tidy. Towels can also be made available for an amount of €10 per person (bath towel + hand towel). An inventory will be carried out upon guests' arrival and departure. A deposit cheque of €500 will be required upon arrival. No parties or music allowed. No pets allowed. No smoking inside house.
