Villas are Equipped With: *King-size bed, double bed plus pullout sleeper sofa *Fully equipped kitchen *Full bath *Washer and dryer *TV in living room and bedroom *Complimentary Wi-Fi *Private safe *Private patio/balcony Other things to note The standard cancellation fee is $272 on our end (plus any Airbnb fees paid directly by you, which we can't see) until 93 days before arrival to cover non-refundable guest and booking fees charged by the resort. After that the stay is non-refundable, unless you notify us that you want an upgraded cancellation policy prior to booking and pay $39 within 48 hours of booking, in which case the cancellation fee is $311 ($272 + $39) until 72 hours before arrival. Typically Airbnb will refund less than this per their refund policies, and then we will process an additional refund for the difference. Also, please note that this is a timeshare, so room location is not guaranteed until check-in and could be anywhere in the resort. Pictures represent samples of comparable units. The guest listed on the reservation must provide a driver's license or passport to check-in and the minimum age to check-in is 21. With the exception of service animals, no pets are allowed on the resort. You can smoke outside on balconies and in designated areas on the resort only - a $500 fine will apply if it has been determined that smoking has occurred in your villa. Please note there is no trailer or RV parking permitted on site. We'll need a security deposit for your stay on either a credit or debit card when you check-in.
