There's a dedicated workspace if you need to check in on things, and enough room around the dining table for the whole group to gather over meals. ​ Sleeping arrangements The bedroom is outfitted with a king bed, room-darkening shades for easy sleep-ins, and extra pillows and blankets on hand. Bed linens, towels, and other essentials are provided throughout your stay. ​ Kitchen & dining The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking your own meals, with a refrigerator, microwave, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, a coffee maker, toaster, and coffee provided. Whip up a quick bite between beach sessions or a full dinner after a day of exploring. ​ Bathroom The bathroom includes a bathtub, hair dryer, and hot water, stocked with shampoo, body soap, and cleaning products for your convenience. ​ Location Set on 4th Street, you're a short walk from the sand and surf, with a shared pool on-site for lounging between beach trips. A backyard and BBQ grill make it easy to unwind outdoors, and beach essentials - towels, umbrella, blanket, and snorkeling gear - are provided so you can head straight to the water. Orlando's theme parks are a manageable drive away for a day trip, with Cocoa Beach waiting to welcome you back to the quiet at day's end. ​ This single-level home has no stairs, and pets are allowed. Self check-in with a smart lock makes arrival simple, any time you land. Guest access The Juni is equipped with digital locks that use door codes for access. Your door code will be provided to you before check in and will be used for the length of your stay. There is assigned parking for each unit.
