Misty's Beach Haven, Relax and chill out.

Come and enjoy the vibe at Misty's and explore all Yanchep and the surroundings area has to offer. We are located within the bustling seaside town of Yanchep, the beach and shops are both within walking distance 13ish mins. The Yanchep park is just a short drive away. Access to my separate upstairs apartment is from outside, through the garage via the outside stairs. Totally separate . Please disregard any door code provided by Airbnb. PLEASE SEE NOTE SECTION FOR IMPORTANT INFORMATION The space Come and enjoy the vibe at Misty's it awaits you. Walk through the botanic courtyard to your private entrance to Misty's. Its all about relaxing an enjoying what the area has to offer. Read notes section. You will be welcomed into a naturally bright open plan home. Mum and Dad's can make themselves comfortable in the private parent retreat off the lounge. Comprising of a large room with a queen size bed, reclining couch, a tv, which has wifi. You can connect to your Netflix, or prime account if you wish, or use the wifi to access U Tube which is ready to go. Sorry I can't control the network. The second room comprising of a comfortable queen bed plus wardrobe which has extra bedding. The above 2 rooms have air-conditioning along with one that covers the lounge dining kitchen area for your comfort. There is a smaller room which has a double bed accommodation it comes with a fan, No wardrobe in this room. There is hanging space. Fresh Linen/Towels are supplied. In the lounge you will have a comfy couch, large TV, live TV channels, U Tube, prime or you can connect to your own Netflix account. This accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen including air fryer. (This is kept in the laundry. There are some supplies in fridge and pantry for your convenience, soy sauce, some condiments, salt pepper, oil etc. The bathroom has a wash basin and a shower/shub which can be used for childrens bathing. There is shampoo, conditioner, and soap available for your use. There is a separate laundry. Throw on a quick wash, washing detergent is available. There is a dryer available in wet weather at an addition cost. Relax in the outdoor alfresco with cafe blinds for all season comfort. There is a BBQ in this area for your outdoor cooking. Enjoy a tv in this area with wifi, and utube. An under cover drying line is provided, plus a drying rack or if you chose and outside line. The wonderful Yanchep Beach Lagoon is just minutes drive away or an easy walk, 10 to 15 minutes depending on how fast you walk. So take in a sunset or a walk along the beach. Have a wine or beer at the beach cafe, or watch the surfers. If you need supply stop at the super market just a minute away from your lovely accommodation. Pop to the National Park to see the crystal caves, (might need to book), relax and watch the Koalas, or enjoy a picnic on the grass with the Kangaroos. Enjoy the rich bird life. Or there's the treetop adventure which is fantastic for all ages. Booking may be needed. Take in a day trip to the local Marinas in two rocks or a drive to Moore river. Catch a train from yanchep all the way into the city of Perth, which guests have said is very quick. Chill and unwind once home in the alfresco area, bbq some steaks and have a drink or 2. Very private, a great place to relax. Our aim is for you to enjoy all thats on offer at Misty's and the Yanchep area. Outside the alfresco area is the shared back yard where you will find the garden, you will see us watering or pottering around in the SHARED back yard etc. The entrance to our private apartment is via the garage into the back yard and upstairs. This is where we live. The internal stairs in the house go to a wall that divides up stairs from downstairs. There is no excess from here. The ground floor is all yours and NOT a shared space. Please read other notes. We live on the property in an upstairs apartment. Our access is via the garage to the out door stairs. The yard is shared and under going works. You will see us watering the garden. We have a no party policy. Your booking will be cancelled and police will be called. Guest access Guests can access Misty's upon arrival from me, or from the locked box on the door at the front of the home. I will message you the day you arrive to check on your arrival time and if needed I will send you the code on arrival day as it is change between guests, or you can message me anytime with you estimated arrival time. The RED key opens the top lock. Thank you. You can put the keys back in locked box. There is a full set of keys for your use in the kitchen. Thank YOU. Other things to note INFORMATION please read. If you have any allergies or allergic reaction to any condiments or food etc please advise me beforehand because you will find condiments in my air bnb. peanut butter milk etc. please remember Airbnb is supposed to be a home away from home experience. EV CARS ARE NOT TO BE CHARGED ON THE PROPERTY. Power is for use inside the property only. There is to be no extension cords to be used to charge any devices in cars/UTES OR 4 WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLES, motor homes etc, unless prior approval os given. NO EV CARS CHARGING AT ALL. there will be a $100.00 dollar charge if it is deemed you have charged an EV during your stay. Sorry check out is strictly 10am unless prior arrangement has been made the day before check out. A late check out fee of $45.00 dollars per hour will be charge due to cleaning staff having to wait to access premises. My hubby and I live on the property in an upstairs apartment. Our access is via the garage to the outdoor stairs this is totally separate to your enjoyment of the property We have 2 door bell cameras on the property. One to left of garage for my visitors, and one to the right of the entry gates to the guests accommodation. The yard is shared and under going works. You will see us watering the garden.
