Fruita is known for its world-famous mountain biking trails, and Desert’s Edge is centrally located to all the action, but we hope to highlight more Fruita attractions for you to explore during your stay. The space This unique property is a 4 acre oasis on the edge of downtown Fruita and the North desert trails. The Little Salt Wash runs through the property and provides lots of shade and single track walking paths, all on private property for you to enjoy. It is perfect for walking dogs, sipping coffee or relaxing in the shade near the water. Explore the niches around the wash which is designated as a wildlife corridor. There is a large locked shed for gear and bike storage including a bike stand and work bench near the parking. This area includes an all day shady fenced in dog yard with a dog house. The fire pit, staging area and general hanging out spot is near the shed as well. Parking is off the street behind a privacy fence. A big grassy private front yard and several sitting areas around the house are also provided. Explore, relax and enjoy your stay at this hidden oasis.
