Nestled on a quiet street, enjoy easy access to shopping, restaurants, green spaces, bus route, & more. The treed yard attracts a variety of wildlife (in addition to our pet chickens!) In the evening, enjoy a BBQ on the back patio, or relax under the stars by the fire pit. Only a short drive from the beautiful shores of Lake Huron and the St. Clair River. The space Guests have the lower level of a family home to yourselves! This includes living room & kitchenette, private bedroom and bathroom, with walk-in closet. This space is perfect for professionals or tradespeople in town for an extended duration, students, or even adventurers coming to see what Sarnia has to offer. Guest access Back grade-level entrance to shared area of home. Door has electronic keypad, code to be provided prior to arrival. During your stay Host is available in person or by in-app message, email, text or phone call throughout your stay. Other things to note We kindly ask that guests remove all foootwear upon entry (there's a conveniently located private closet at the entryway.) There is a cat in the home, we ask that he remain inside in the family home. No smoking on the property will help preserve comfort and aesthetic for everyone.
