Guest access In addition to the private living space, guests will have access to a spacious private deck surrounded by trees and are invited to enjoy the river and the riverside fire pit. Other things to note If you plan on enjoying the Battenkill River, please bring shoes to wear in the water. We want your feet to feel comfortable! :) IMPORTANT although very rare we cannot offer refunds if the fire pit area and river are not accessible due to flooding or fast moving waters. Path to the river is NOT plowed during winter. Washer and dryer available for extended stays (5 nights or more)
