Feel free to ask the host for instructions on using the kitchen...but please use before 9 pm to avoid disrupting others. We're 15 minutes from the lower trail at Ricketts Glen, and under 30 minutes away from the upper trail. As cute as our cat is, we ask that you don't pet her. She's 15 years old and can be a bit temperamental at times when overestimulated (she likes to nip). She is usually every friendly though. The space Please note that after 9 pm is quiet time. please respect the hosts and other guests by not slamming doors, talking loudly or listening to loud music or television. Please note that this is a home share . Guest access keypad During your stay We're usually available to help you! Other things to note There's a 10.00 fee per load of laundry (includes wash and dry). Please ask host before using the machines. When leaving the property, please turn off lights, TV,etc . We try to keep our prices low for guests and appreciate your help in doing so! please note that there is a unit in the room but the air conditioning is no longer functioning. If AC is needed, please inquire about booking a different room in the house.
