The home also has central AC/heat and high-speed internet (WIFI). This home has a full kitchen: refrigerator, stove, sink, microwave, coffee pot, cooking ware, cups, plates and utensils. There is also a fire stick TV with Channels, please log in to your amazon, or Netflix to use. The space features: •Room #1: Queen bed •om#2: Queen bed •Room #3: King bed •oom #4: Studio at the back 1 queen bed & 1 sofa that turns into a queen bed and private restroom •1 full bathroom with tub •1 full bathroom with shower no tub •1 full kitchen •1 full living room •spacious backyard with BBQ grill, Pool Table and lounge area with outside TV. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE ALLOWED. Keep any noise low after 10pm. Any cited noise violations will be deducted from the security deposit. This is a VERY quiet neighborhood, Therefore, If you are having some sort of celebration and need a home where you can party, play loud music or make a lot of noise, this is NOT the home for you. The driveway is the designed parking space that fits 2-3 cars. Guests agree to keep premises in good condition and be financially responsible for any items missing or broken. No Smoking permitted inside the house at all.
