Disconnecting or covering camera will be considered a violation of house rules and will be subject to immediate cancellation of reservation. WARNINGS: PARENTS AND FAMILY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CHILDREN'S SAFETY AND WATER ACTIVITIES Additional information : We have PVC plastic deck and dock please do not put any hot objects on the deck or the dock. Only allowed for use the electric barbecue, propane BBQ and fire pit. Please do not cut fresh fish on the dock it leaves a stains. We have sink for the fish on the dock. Other things to note Please make sure that a government picture ID has been uploaded to your Airbnb profile. There is a strict no smoking policy, absolutely no drugs (no marijuana smoking). No additional non-registered guests / visitors without prior approval. No loud parties or noise after 11pm or before 7am - please respect our kind neighbors.
