The space This spacious two-story villa is designed for comfort, privacy, and memorable gatherings. With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it accommodates two families or larger groups with ease. The ground floor includes 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, while the upper floor features 2 additional bedrooms and another bathroom, offering a well-balanced layout for shared and private spaces. Other things to note - Please note that the pool on the property measures 3x5 meters in size and is between 1.5 and 2 meters deep - The pool heating system is turned off from June to September due to seasonal temperatures. During these months, the pool remains unheated. - Pool heating is subject to an extra charge. Please contact us for pricing information. - The pool temperature is set to a maximum of 31 degrees Celsius. We cannot set it to higher temperatures as this may lead to bacterial growth. - The cleanliness of our bed linens and towels is a top priority. Stains from makeup, nail polish, blood, or other substances require special treatment, and in some cases, may be impossible to remove. If a stain cannot be removed, the item may need to be replaced, and the cost could be charged to you. We kindly ask that you treat these items with care, as you would your own. FINES & FEES FOR THE VIOLATIONS - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any violation will result in a 100 EUR penalty fee - Lost keys will incur a 35 EUR replacement fee - If keys are left inside the door lock, requiring locksmith assistance, a 60 EUR service charge will apply IMPORTANT CHECK-IN INFORMATION To comply with local regulations (Turkish Law No. 1774, dated 26/06/1973), all guests are required to provide valid ID or passport details before check-in.
