The villa of 400 qm consist of 3 apartments, each with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and 8 bedrooms in total. Perfectly located right in the middle of Ruhr Area: - 20 minutes to Essen city center & trade fair - 20 minutes to Wuppertal - 30 minutes away from Dusseldorf airport & city, 35 minutes to trade fair - 35 minutes away from Dortmund airport Railway station is only 2 walking minutes away The space The villa consists of three apartments, each with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, accommodating a total of 25 people. Upon request, the maximum capacity can be extended to up to 28 people. The ground floor apartment cannot be locked, while the apartments on the 1st and 2nd floors are fully lockable. In total, there are 7 bedrooms, 2 living areas with sofa beds, 3 bathrooms, and 3 guest WCs. Guest access RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS In the high season, from April till the end of November, we set a minimum stay of 3 nights. Our villa is a perfect place for photo & video shootings, and other creative projects. Shootings in our villa are allowed per request (!!!) For holiday rentals, there is a 30% surcharge on the whole booking. Due to the Fair surcharge: 50% on the whole booking. We reserve the right to set exceptional conditions regarding prices, minimum duration and occupancy for the top dates such as Christmas, New Year's Eve, biggest fairs etc. These can differ from the standard conditions and will be communicated on request. We hope for your understanding. The property is monitored by video from the outside (only the house entrances). Your privacy will, of course, not be violated by this. Please inform your group accordingly. The number of guests stated at the time of booking - is the information confirmed by you and used by us for the calculation. If the number of guests arriving exceeds the original number, we ask that you pay an additional fee for each guest for the entire stay.
