Per HOA, must be 25 years or older to rent. Our comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is perfect for any getaway. We are conveniently located in the Village of Four Seasons at mile marker 12, near all the lake activities: water sports, mini golf, Bagnell Dam/Strip, outlet mall, specialty shops, grocery stores and premier golf. The area offers many options in dining and nightlife easily accessible by land or water. There is something for all ages. The complex has 1 large swimming pool. A paved walking path borders the entire property along the shoreline offering scenic lake views. The condo is a walk in level from the parking lot and is professionally cleaned and sanitized in preparation for your visit. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, dinnerware and appliances. A dishwasher makes clean up after meals a breeze. There is seating for six at the dining table. The dining area is perfect for family meals or playing cards or games. Board games are available in case of a rainy day. There is a full size clothes washer and dryer available for your convenience. The spacious living room has very comfortable seating which includes a sofa and large chair with ottoman. Enjoy the flat screen HD TV with cable channels or watch your own movies. Games and cards are available for a fun evening of family entertainment. If you want to surf the web, a secured Hi-speed Wi-fi connection is provided. The guest bedroom #1 has a comfortable king bed with an adjoining full bath. The master provides flat screen HD TV and private deck. Deck provides a tranquil view of the main channel. A roll-away bed is available in the condo for additional sleeping arrangements. The guest bedroom #2 has a queen bed, two singles and HD TV with the main bathroom including large walk-in shower. All beds and baths are complete with linens and towels. The deck provides an unobstructed view of the main channel and is a great area for relaxing and taking in the atmosphere of the lake and enjoying your morning coffee. The dock area is in a no-wave cove. The walking paths around the complex is ideal for fishing, feeding the ducks and enjoying a stroll by the water. Boat launching, Trailer parking and Boat Slips: Two private boat ramps are available on the property. Per HOA, boat storage and trailer parking on property is not allowed for Short Term Renters. There are two options to store your trailer that is a short drive away from our location. Both are located on Horseshoe Bend parkway. PDQ Marine charges $5 per day to store your trailer. Contact PDQ marine for more information. Anchor Marine is another option for trailer storage. We share the bay with Four seasons Marina. Four Season’s Marina has boat and PWC rentals available. Contact Four Season’s Marina for more information. Slips can be rented from Water’s Edge Condominiums for a small fee of $15 per day. Contact Water’Edge Condominium office for more information.
