Guesthouse in Nevada City

The Ohana is a newly renovated, beautifully decorated, private, detached guest suite within a 5 min. drive of downtown Nevada City. This 270 sq. ft. studio features a queen bed, air conditioning, gas fireplace, kitchenette, dining nook, private semi enclosed garden, covered carport, and a bathroom with walk-in shower. The shared saltwater pool is so refreshing in the summer! Nevada City and Grass Valley are great for shopping and dining, and Tahoe National Forest is practically in our backyard! The space The Ohana is a cozy, beautifully decorated, detached guest suite with a semi- enclosed private garden, a covered parking space, and access to the shared saltwater pool on the property. The kitchenette does not have an oven or stove, but it is equipped with a mini fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, sink, and various tea and coffee. Great swimming in late June, July, August, and early September. (Pool is not heated). Also on the property is the back house (occupied by host/ owner) and the front house which is rented out by a tenant. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to The Ohana, the private semi- enclosed backyard, and the carport, as well as shared access to the gated pool area (in summer months only). Easy access to Ohana with keypad. Other things to note There is no television and there is not a full kitchen, it is a kitchenette.
